Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura

A culture park that has fully reproduced the streets and culture of the Edo period.
In the theater, a ninja action show and a comedy are playing every day, as well as tearful historical drama comedies.
You can learn about real ninjas and the history of the development of Noboribetsu in the museum, or you can rent historical costumes and eat skewered rice cakes. You can learn real history while enjoying feelings of time travel.

Noboribetsu Jigokudani

Explosive crater remains created by the volcanic activity of the Hiyoriyama mountain. It is about 450 meters in diameter and about 11 hectares in area. There were many gushing holes and fumaroles along the valley, and the phrase "the hell where devils live" is so phrased because of this scenery of bubbling and boiling.
